Hi Geca Franco! Its great to hear from you again. :) Yes, Green Tea is shown to increase your metabolism thereby burn calories. So over time you could loose weight if consumed regularly -according to American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Nov 1999s. Rooibos is a Red Tea from Africa that is known to reduce inflammation and also have a calming effect. Pretty cool.
DeleteI like coffee too...coffee ice cream and the smell of brewing coffee even more. However, Dr. Youngs continual studies show that it is very high in acid. His findings also show acid to be at the root of all disease. so you will want to counteract the coffee you consume with a pH balancer such as Prime pH added to your water or even a green drink like SuperGreens, Cutting back on the number of cups you drink will also help you. :) Take care.
