- Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in almost all plants, algae and green leafs.
- Chlorophyll is an extremely important biomolecule, critical in photosynthesis, which allows plants to obtain energy from light.
Dr. Robert Young's research indicates as you increases your consumption of chlorophyll from green foods and green drinks the quality and quantity of the red blood cells improve. This can be noted on a CBC medical test as the red blood cell count increases and the hemoglobin increases in the healthy ranges. This makes liquid chlorophyll one of the most efficient ways to get your greens and build your blood.
Liquid chlorophyll can be added to any water or green drink to enhance the blood building benefits. Science also reveals the many wonderful benefits chlorophyll has on our bodies. Visit http://www.phmiracleliving.com/p-319-liquid-chloropheal-with-mint.aspx?affiliateid=10464.

Liquid Chlorophyll can be added to water, smoothies, or SuperGreens to improve the concentration of this powerful blood builder. A great way to transition a new person to the “green” lifestyle.
Below Chef Shelly Youngs shares her recipe for Sweet Almond Shake.

Well we can't argue the health benefits of green vegetables. Personally I love Romaine, Collards, Mustard Greens, Kale etc. A healthy diet is a balanced diet and one devoid of fast food, easy frozen meals and over processed carbs.

Hello BrSpiritus. -So true. I agree with you when it come to the nutritional benefits of green vegetables. The pros far outway the cons. The first reason why I'm inclined to purchase raw produce are the amazing colors. -We really do eat with our eyes. Secondly, the taste prior to any preparation makes it a great fast food...Don't you think? :)

I'm not a big fan of most veggies but the green ones are actually ok with me. I love spinach, broccoli and green beans but I wonder what chlorophyl tastes like. Could you put it in a veggie smoothie and it taste ok?

Hello Michelle @Radiant Brown Beauty. I can relate...It took me a while to warm-up to Okra. I had to try it different ways before I would spend time growing it in my vegetable garden.
ReplyDeleteAs for Liquid Chlorophyll: Yes, you can add it to your smoothie. I also add 10 drops to a my liter sized bottle of water with nothing else. I find it has a hint of flavor; a clean taste, if any. -As if you are drinking parsley infused water. You should give it a try!
I think my swim coach (years ago) was onto this. I have vivid memories of her filling us with "green water" during our work outs. Thanks for stirring up a fun (and apparently healthy) memory!

ReplyDeleteHi Jenifer! I really appreciate what you said. As you see, this is one of my passions. It works for me, so I figure there might be someone else out there that will connect and feel the same. At the least this site promotes discussion in a proactive way. :)
