A Diabetics Food Choices Matters

Is there an alkalizing program that will help me with my Diabetes?

A Transition from acidic to alkaline foods and to living an alkaline lifestyle is the key to addressing your sugar levels that contribute to your Diabetes. Plan to eat a alkaline salads at every meal. Then week by week increase the size of the salad and reduce the acid causing foods until you are eating about 70% alkaline foods.

Dr Young's Alkalarian food program is not a diet. The word diet usually means a procedure to be followed for a short time, accompanied by hunger, and cravings for non-diet foods. The Alkalarian program is a suggested plan of choosing foods so that you reduce the harm of acidic foods and replace them with healthier alkaline foods. Therefore you are not really on a diet - you are simply choosing to eat more healthy foods, and choosing to reduce harmful foods and harmful eating practices.

You will not be hungry; you can eat as much alkaline food as you want especially fresh raw green vegetables, sprouts, and plumped raw almonds (my favorite). To make plumped raw almonds simply soak pHlavor Gourmet Organic Almonds (from our food and kitchen products) in a bowl of water overnight. The water actually starts the sprouting process, energizing the nut, absorbing oxygen from the water, and making it more alkaline. Besides they taste great and are easy to digest! I make about 3 days worth at a time. Change the water at least twice daily.

Reduce or eliminate coffee, tea, fruit juices, and soft drinks. Drink structured water instead. To make structured water, add a few drops of fresh lemon or lime juice and a few drops of PuripHy or Activator to your water.

Try to drink the purest water available. Eat EasySprout 1 liter whenever you can. Try growing your own sprouts, it is fun, economical, and healthy.

To reduce you cravings for sweets try Liquid Colloidal Sapphire with Vanadium. A few drops a day have removed my cravings for sweets, which of course are all acid forming.

Reduce yeast products from your diet, especially white bread. Yeast causes acid (and health problems).

Reduce the amount of fruit which contains a lot of sugar. Fruits like except lemons, limes, tomatoes, and avocados (and AvopHat™ Gourmet Avocado Oil) are fine.

Do not eat mushrooms; they are fungus, which causes acid and health problems. Do not use pickles, relish, or olives, they are all acid forming.

Reduce or eliminate the amount of store bought salad dressings that you use, even if they are from a health food store. Instead make your own with fresh lemon or lime juice and olive oil (or even better use pH Miracle Omega 3-6-9 Essential Oil Blend, from a health food store). No salt, but Spice Hunter (The Zip Blend-Mild) is great. You can also use Real Salt, from our food and kitchen products.

Depending on your current physical shape (ask your health practitioner first) increase your exercise a few minutes each week. If you are not doing any exercise then start to walk a little. If you are already exercising - that's great because you will naturally increase the amount of exercise when you start to feel more energy from our program.

Exercise helps your body to remove accumulated toxins through sweating, etc, and also moves your lymph fluid, which will improve your health such as with our VibrapHirm. To see the many benefits of our pH Miracle Dry Heat Saunas visit

You will find that your taste buds will soon crave the alkaline foods, you may find sweets too sweet, and you will start rejecting acid-causing foods in general. It is rather amazing!

Reduce alcohol and even better, avoid alcohol if you can.

If you smoke cigarettes or chew tobacco, stop it, NOW.

Most important - take your Doc Broc Power Plants everyday for health, for energy, and for a slimmer you. Combine it with your pHruits and pHoliage for an exceptional food supplement.

My lowest cholesterol was at 200 in 1991; my highest was at 235 in 1998 On December 28, 2001 I got my cholesterol checked, the day before we became committed to your products and a more Alkalarian diet.. My cholesterol on that day was 218. Well, I just finally got around to getting my cholesterol checked for the first time since and as of May 21, 2002, my cholesterol is now......... 145!! "
